Charlottesville Parking Center, Inc. is pleased to offer all businesses downtown with the opportunity to provide their customers and clients with free parking privileges at our two facilities, the Market Street Parking Garage and the Water Street Parking Garage.

We feel very strongly that when given the options, every business downtown can afford to provide its customers with free parking at our facilities, and we very much appreciate the fact that over one hundred downtown businesses take advantage of these options to better serve their customers.

Validation Parking at the Water Street Parking Lot will not be accepted.
